Qualia Resort | Food & Beverage Training & Welcome Content – Hamilton Island

Developed multimedia training and welcome content to elevate guest and staff experiences. Produced the full introduction to Food & Beverage at Qualia, highlighting the resort’s luxury standards and service values for new arrivals. Worked closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams, leading end-to-end production from pre- to post-production. A strong collaboration between People, Training, and F&B departments brought this project to life.
